Now Available: SCM's Thundercut Mobile Application
SCM Thundercut allows the operator to optimize the surface of the panel and guides the operator in the sequence of cuts to be made. The app can be used on circular saws, circular saws with a mobile blade unit, spindle moulders, and universal combination saws.
The advantages are faster cutting speeds, less material waste, and practically zero probability of error, even with inexperienced operators. You can manage your circular saw machine fleet, the material warehouse, and the various projects you are working on. The 3D sequencer is designed with simple and intuitive graphics that prompt the correct settings of the machine for each cut to be made. On each new machine that belongs to circular saws, circular saws with a mobile blade unit, spindle moulders, and universal combination saw technologies, the QR code will be present to activate the app. If you have already purchased an SCM machine (starting from 01/07/2020) contact us and we will provide you with the activation code.
